another idle weekend for stale broncos

here it is mid-december and our bronco men are still 1-3 with no action for almost three weeks.

i fear this long layoff will be horrific when we play western washington in las vegas next week.

we're one of only two league teams still with only one victory, the other CSUMB which is 1-9.

it almost seems like we no longer have a team here.

CSUSB is now ranked third in the nation according to the computer rankings.

its been to long. I think the lay off will be very good or bad for the team. It could be good it allows coach K to fix some of the problems in practice and the same time rest some of minor injuries the team might have. It could be a negative thing because they will not have play a game for almost three weeks which means they might be a little rusty. In my opinion if they get a sweep things might be looking up. A split will be okay, but it means they have to get hot in conference play to make the tournament. 2 loss well i dont want to talk about it.

most of the league's teams played over the weekend and many lost to lesser teams, leaving me to wonder if this league is really that tough this year.

league leader san bern lost at home to azusa pacific. they've played ten games going up to vegas while we've played four. and practice is not the same as game conditions.

in light of what we've seen so far lakdod a sweep is at best a remote possibility. be happy with a split which would leave us at 2-4.
