![]() | If you need to take the class, don't sweat it. It's offered online or by attending class. Both are easy. There's only one major paper due at the end, one or two midterms and a final. The final is easy if you do well on the midterms. Note: If you're aiming for an A, you have to do extra good (not your best), but good is enough. If you just want a decent grade, just do what the professor tells you. And do plenty of extra credit. |

![]() | AGB 300 A great course Don't worry about it Duke. The class is fun, well it depends on what format you choose to take it. I took it via webct last year and we just had to read the material do on-line quizes, research paper, field trips around campus and the final. The material is not bad since the professor teaches from the same text he wrote and the cd was created by him. So don't fool around with him, because he knows the stuff by memory. I did learn a great deal of information regarding insects and other animals and having the animals there while he gave the lecture really help. The class is neither easy or hard. If you are interested in insects, then by all means go ahead, but if you are afraid of insects or think you will cruise on by without reading then don't bother taking the course. Final is somewhat hard(memorize insect slides and you will do find). |

![]() | The professor mad the class very easy and fun. You do need to study the notes and know your material to get an A in AGB. I screwed up the 1st quiz but I was able to get back up from the extra credit assignments professor Kaae gave us. Our class didn't go to any field trips though. |
