![]() | Hey there, I talked to one of my colleagues today and learned that the addition of the letter P on our campus hill was estimated at around $10,000. Fortunately, that large amount was donated and not out of ASI (our own pocket). Can someone confirm this? I like to know how such project would cost near $10K! |

| GCP.com Admin | Bells are gone from what I know. The colors are painted on the letters by various clubs around campus. Often times they even get free paint from what i hear. $10,000 does not surprise me. A small job like that is kind of complex in that its laying a lot of concrete on a slope. It has to be done by a very credible business, so that drives up the price. Otherwise I would have done it for $3000. It woulda looked horrible though. Here is a story about the Pride Center's trouble with painting the letters-> http://www.thepolypost.com/story.php?story=2692 So much for tolerance. Peace - |
