To thrive in the global economy, transformation to a market economy, development of human capital, management innovation, technological development, investment in infrastructure and many other factors are to be focused to reshape the organizations. Threats of fierce competition among nations, corporate espionage, struggle for worker rights and the issue of poverty, debt relief, high energy prices, and care for environment are the great challenges for the international community. The GBDI conferences will serve as important meetings for the discussion and exchange of ideas & information to enhance understanding, appreciation, and cooperation among diverse groups and various countries. Educators, executives and government officials from around the world are invited to participate in these international conferences. CALL FOR PAPERS Abstracts/Papers are invited in, but not limited to, the topic areas listed. Proposals for cases, workshops, symposia, colloquia, panels, tutorials on current topics of interest, and other special sessions, are also invited in all topic areas. Topic Area Code 01. Allied Disciplines A lead speaker shall propose a panel symposium which will have three or more related presentations by various speakers. A workshop proposal is suitable for presentations that include a significant experimental component. Submission of an abstract or other proposal implies that the author(s) will register for and attend the conference. Presentations are scheduled for about 25 minutes made by an individual or several speakers. Electronic Proceedings Accepted and presented papers will be eligible for inclusion in the Electronic Proceedings of 2005 GBDI International Conference to be developed and maintained at a web site. In order to be included in the Electronic Proceedings, full papers must be prepared and submitted strictly according to the instructions to be made available via the Conference web site. The submissions for the Electronic Proceedings must be received within one month after the conclusion of the conference. Late submissions will not be accepted. The web site for the Electronic Proceedings is expected to be ready in three months after the conclusion of the conference. There will be no hard-copy proceedings. PROGRAM COMMITTEE P.
