I'm transferring to Cal Poly SLO this winter from the Bay Area, majoring in business. Learned a few things about both campuses from the threads on these forums, yep.

Glad these forums were able to help. So aside from appearances, what are some factors that made you decide on SLO?

Saying it was because of the "learn by doing" system seems to be a popular answer, and that appealed to me as well. Also the fact that it's one of the few reputable state supported schools to have a business program, as most UCs just seem to offer 'business economics'. The only downside I see is that I didn't see very much diversity at the SLO campus.
