Welcome to the Cal Poly forum slikrthnuravg23.
Are you moving into the campus dormitory?
Cal Poly is on a quarter system (10 weeks) and not a semester system.
Take your EPT and ELMT test, see your college advisor, and join the civil engineering club on campus.
American Society of Civil Engineers or the Chi Epsilon Civil Engineering Honorary. There are many more engineering clubs and organizations available.

Yes I'm moving into the dormitories, I don't know which one yet because i guess i can't apply for housing until I send in my letter of intent, but I'm doing that soon. Can you tell me about the ladies on campus please? I'm not looking for anything serious, I'm just browsing because right now I have a girlfriend. Reguarding the tests, I got over 550 on math and english on my SAT's so i guess I'm exempt, however i got over 550 on English on one test and over 550 on math on another test. Hopefully that's cool. Yeah, be nice to me when I get there.

Hey it's me again, long time no post, but i was wondering when i'm going to get my housing applications because i already turned in my deposit for admission and i already recieved stuff about orientation. I want the housing stuff so i can get a dorm and not be left out in the cold. Also, it said i had to turn in my SAT/ACT scores by january, but i never did, because my high school counselor said when i turn in my final transcripts it will be on there. I hope that's ok, if not let me know please. One more thing, should i do the Poly Nights thing for orientation?? Let me know, thanks.
I'm such a lost freshmen i love it!

I recommend the Poly Nights program. You get to spend two days with campus tour, early class registration, olivos commons meal, sleep in the dormitory, and more.

When you filled out your SAT application, didn't you fill in the university codes, telling the test board to send your SAT results to the universities? I think you should recheck with Cal Poly admissions about the SAT scores.
