AMAZING! Added to grading scale for instructors.

Due to the lack of options at "above satisfactory" grades for instructors, I have added "Amazing." The definitions I assume are as follows:

A for Amazing - Met and far exceeded requirements.
O for Outstanding - Met and exceeded requirements.
S for Satisfactory - Met requirements.
N for Needs Improvement - Almost met requirements.
U for Unacceptable - Not close to meeting requirements.

Although 95 grades have been submitted in two weeks without this option available to them, I figure it will not affect the long term goals of the website and it's better to make the change now.

Now GREAT teachers can earn a little more then GOOD teachers. At least thats the goal. Let me know what YOU think in the poll.

Having both 'Amazing' and 'Oustanding' seems redundant imo. But I don't think anyone will be bothered by it.

I thought so too originally, but I'm getting a lot of teachers that were completely outstanding. Now it gives another option out there so people have to ask them selves... how good is this person? Before I think they're were just marking "above satisfactory" but now they have two options

Also: New feature, but i don't got anywhere to put it. Now if you're browsing and you see a distasteful, or useless comment, there is a link you can click after the comment, and it forces me to see it and make sure it's okay. Some of the older goodbadtenured.com comments are like that.... please report double posts if you see those too

There are probably numerous double posts because for a while I had a stupid bug in my code that would make it appear that your comment wasn't submitted when in actuality it did get submitted. So the user would click the Back button and try again. Some users were more persistent than others.

It's a good option since some professors truly deserve that remark.
