if you like MBZs, then look out for Love Mercedes Tour...they let you test drive the MB models (except AMG/600s etc) on a "race course" for free...

I got one of those registration flyer once.
The biggest test drive event that I know of is the Auto In Motion held in different cities. City of Los Angeles is held at the Hollywood Park of Inglewood.
