never heard of tustin ranch... is it like a very nice gated white folks area?

Pretty much. Actually almost all the housing is either apartments, condos, or townhouses. All the housing has been built in the last 15 years and eveything still looks new. Not all the complexes are gated although some are. Tustin Ranch is located on the east side of Tustin bordering Irvine. It is accesable from the 5 freeway at either Tustin Ranch Road or Jamboree and also is home to the largest outdoor shopping complex in souther califorina. "The Market Place" is around 6 city blocks and has both a Home Depot and a Lowes, around 20 restaurants, 2 movie theatres, a Target, and a myriad of other shops.

Tustin Ranch, white folk?...haha i don't think...mostly East Asian...and a good amount of South Asians too...

White folk live further south...Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch...etc...

I dunno, im joining some friends, i didnt know they werer moving off campus, so im joining'em. I cant stay with mom and dad, if i do that, then i'll have to commute 4 hours to go to school, then another 4 hours to go back home.
