Tax form from financial aid

anyone know what im talking about? its that piece of paper you get (i think from the mail) saying how much u spent in school (for tuition) and how much financial aid you've gotten... i need it cuz i want my dad 2 get the tax write off for paying for my school.

anyone know WHERE i can get it or HOW i can get it or IF they even know what im talking about? hehe

I don't know for sure, but i'd try asking the Registrar's office in the CLA
