Well in SOME cases yes and in SOME no....each case is different due to how the public will react to it. You know that Steve. We have a Ban on assult weapons here in the State of California. (Not in the US any more but in CA we still do) I think that is good not unlesss your a hardcore republican who is a member of the NRA

I was basing my comparison on your comments. You posted about drunks being produced in casinos. That was one of your main reasons for not favoring casinos.
