Red face No more supersizing at Mcdonalds

I really see no point on removing supersize option at Mcdonalds food court. Anyone can buy two regular fries.

I eat double cheeseburgers two three times a week but get this...I exercise twice a week. Twenty minutes of fast walking/jogging and stretching.

I can't believe the fact that being obese is the second leading cause of death in America.
Also like to mention to everyone, our period of age (18-25) is very critical in accumulation of calcium. Because after a certain period, our bones will no longer accept calcium (either by food or vitamins) and will start spending the amount of calcium we have accumulated during our young adult life.
Lack of proper workout/exercise is the reason why people start having problems in their early senior stage.

Eating less and exercising is easier to maintain when we are young. But when people get into the late thirties, their metabolism decreases and very difficult to maintain the diet and the amount of food that they eat.

Might be important to have a good habit of eating right during our age so we won't have the habit of eating supersize meals when we get into the forties.

I find myself losing weight by skipping fast food and eating at home.

Thumbs down

Is this only for McDonalds or all other fast food restaurants? Like Carl's Junior and Burger King. I need supersize fries with all my orders.

Angry No more Supersizing!!!!

I think it is ridiculous that people can not control themselves and are not willing to take responsiblity for their actions. It is not McDonald's fault that people are overweight/obese, it is that individuals. People just don't want to be responsible for what they have done to themseleves, they want to blame everyone else. It is so sad that our society has come to this point. People need to take control of their unhealthy lifestyles and stop putting the blame on a freakin restaraunt. This is so sad!
