A system of physical conditioning designed to enhance circulatory and respiratory efficiency that involves vigorous sustained exercise, such as jogging, swimming, or cycling. 2. A program of physical fitness that involves such exercise. I think that requires sweating and physical training.

![]() | I took step aerobics three times in my undergrad program. For the most part it is mainly girls but there was a handful of guys maybe 5-8%. Depending on the professor, you will sweat. I had Harmon, Barb and she is a body builder and I got the best workout ever each time in class. Guys even took her class to stay in shape. On days I missed, I had to make it up by taking other professors and they truly did not make me sweat like I did in her class. I highly recommend it. |
