| Fire-breather | I would say I experience it on an occasional basis. I'll be doing some random thing and I'll stop suddenly with the feeling that I've done this before. Not just performing the same action on some prior occasion, but actually lived this moment already. Very weird feeling. There are many hypotheses about this phenomenon, all of which are fairly fascinating. Some believe that you often dream about your future, and deja vu is you remembering parts of the dream. Others think it's some kind of reincarnation flashback. Interesting stuff.

![]() | I have a good photographic memory. I tend to remember things when I see them. For example, when I go drop off a friend to his/her house in some random neighborhood in east LA, I would be capable of remembering how to get there (without directions or maps) by just remembering what the streets look like. It's the same thing whenever I have a dream. Usually I have dreams but often can't remember what they were about or what was in them. It's only when I see the scenario all over again that I remember the dream and get to experience it again in real life. It's odd but there must be some explanation.

| Fire-breather | I forget what that statistic is (I don't have photographic memory unfortunately) but supposedly a huge percentage of the brain is not used to its fullest potential. You've probably seen various movies where they find some way to tap into that potential and unleash some sort of psychic abilities. Maybe when we're not in full control (like when we're asleep) the brain does stuff like that. Maybe we do dream of the future. Which is weird because the dreams I remember are quite bizarre. If they were pieces of my future then I would have been in a couple of Star Trek episodes, been breathing underwater a couple times, and flown at least once or twice like Superman. We could have watched as my sister drove by on her bed while picking up rocks along the way.

![]() | I have that weird female-sixth sense or women's intuition thing going on. I occassionally predict the future without knowing it (I woke up 90 seconds before the Northridge Earthquake hit and scrambled for more "protection", then the earthquake hit). Dejavu is a constant occurance for me. |
