Irrational fears and phobias

Anyone care to share a phobia they have? A few years ago I discovered one I didn't even know I had. I was snorkeling with a group off the coast of Catalina and having a blast. Then I saw a large growth of seaweed, very tall, dense and still rooted into the seafloor. I was still at least 50 feet away from it when I started to breathe faster and felt like I had to get away from it, even though I was nowhere near it. It's not like I thought there were sharks or anything, nor was I fearing for my life. I was just irrationally fearful of large clumps of seaweed underwater. Is there a name for that?

Anyway, that's my story. Do you have one?

I am afraid of those clear, huge organic bubbles grown by those seaweed... they are nasty when stepping on one (I did when visiting Camel beach... ooze stain over my shoes).

I am very afraid of things with lots of legs, especially when they are long. Therefor I am scared of spiders, catepillars, and grasshoppers (very long legs).

I have one irrational fear. Physical touch by the same sex. Gives me goosebump down my back and all the way to my neck.

I'm afraid of the Pacific Ocean. I'm not too scared of the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic, but I'm terrified whenever I go to the beach down at Santa Monica. I think it's the imensefulness of the ocean that terrifies me. It's intimidating to go in it.

Certain bugs give me creepy crawlies too, but not all of them. Spiders especially, although I have a strange love/hate relationship with them. I can't stand to be near them (watch me twich like I'm having a seizure if one actually crawls on me). However I won't kill them either because I know they eat bugs. I'll do my best to shoo it away from me, take it outside, or somehow get it away from me, but I don't want it to die either.

Hmm... I really can't think of a single irrational fear.
A phobia that I am clearly aware of is, being in the spotlight while being off-guarded. I'm very bad in such situations. :/
