Immature kids on campus?

I am taking WebCT class, and I got this dude who keep saying fxxking, shxt, chixk , I should go back to Taiwan and etc to my mail. How did such retard get into Cal Poly?

I guess you weren't around in fall 2002 when they set up all those mailing lists. The campus set up mailing lists for each class, subject, and a general student list. Basically it became one big spam list, but there were some e-mails posted that I saved for when I need a laugh. Here's one below:

Nah this is not spam, this is specific. I am trying to convince him to use school mail so I can hand him into Dean or whoever.

How is the person contacting you? The best is to simply ignore and not get offended by that. Eventually, the person will realize he/she is waisting his/her own time and just being a moron. Maybe, they just want your attention.

Unless you need to communicate with him, I agree that you should ignore him. Maybe block his e-mail address.

Hmm, I can do any of the three following...
1.Get his Yahoo Mail banned
2.Get his Cable service banned
3.Report him to the school police

Not at all, this guy sounds like a f*&*in' a$%hole. But, sometimes it benifits me to overlook some of the unfair things that happen in life, and concentrate on better things. Seems to take less of a toll this way. I know you are really pissed, but I wouldn't provoke him if I were you, pretend like he doesnt exist. He is costing you too much precious time and energy. Just a thought.

Well, I sent him a mail asked him if he would apologize to me, if he would then I will forgive him. One thought is that since he went to such extreme because I am Taiwanese, wonder how he treat other people who are different race from him in school?
