Fighting the flu

I just caught the flu as of yesterday and it is getting worse today. Had a finals at 7a.m. and that made it worse.
What are your methods to ease down the flu? I can't even walk down to the fridget at the moment.

For those of you who has a flu, you can get a flu shot at the health service on campus. $2.50 is the fee.

I make hot tea. Can be ginseng, lemon, or honey.
Be sure to keep your rooms clean and make fresh air circulate the room. And don't rub your eyes with your hands. A no no. Damn, I need to be studying for the finals.

Haven't you tried chicken noodle soup and orange juice? Vitamin C intakes is a big help. Or if your case is serious, with fever and stuff, you can take a really hot bath until you sweat. That really helps, even tho I know most guys dun take baths. Well, take care and g'luck on all your finals.

What others have said above is good advice.
But the best advice is to drink as much fluid as possible (water).
Found this somewhere on the web.

Very true. Put your bladder to work. That's the key. Also, try taking a lot of Vitamin C and try drinking cranberry juice. (Cranberry juice cleans your kidneys)

Flu lasted for two days but the runny rose stayed strong for two weeks and still counting. Taking the cold pills now.
