i don't know if ya remember, but I was this tall, skinny, nontalking asian dude at Night Owl with Kel. And we were hangin in the food court...click any memories???

I might go check out EVOLUTION 2K4 if I can kill time until 4p.m.
I emailed the evo2k info if people can go in for free and just watch the events. We'll see.

edit: BTW, if I do go, I'll wear a black beanie too so you can spot me lilusako and vice versa.

Hey all. So... first night of registration is done. Tekken looks pretty fresh. i like the way it looks. I'm gonna try and write up like an informational review on it. i guess... sometime soon. i'll probably go in tomorrow and check it out, take notes and junk.

tons of people out today! Registration took FOREVER.... anyone else going and sees a gal in the black beanie with horns - please say hello. ^-^;; though i r suck at fighting games.

I was actually there at 4p.m. The entrance door opened up at around 4:30 and a long line formed outside of Ursa Major suite. The EVO2K4 team had a video crew taking interviews of the players waiting in line. I took a short video clip (uploading at the moment).
Tekken 5 looks sweet but to a non-fighting gamer, it looks just like any other Tekken game.

They didn't let anyone take a picture or video of Tekken 5 because:

We received confirmation today Tekken 5 will make it's US debut at Evolution! Jason Arney from Namco will do a short presentation on the cabinet, card system and new game features, which will be followed by free-play and surveys. This is your chance to see and play Tekken 5 before it's release this fall!

Hehe... I'v improved a tiny bit. :D got to play a few rounds against dbfire and tieTYT at AX, and MarkMan and a few others at comicon. XD managed to scrap a round or two, even if they were just taking it very easy on me.

Can't wait till school starts; It'll get me going active again.

Anyways, anybody knows if the next evo is going to be at cal poly pomona again? :x With the growth each year, can the rooms hold more people?
