Car Transmission

I noticed people always telling me " I can't drive a stick and stuff" when im driving my car, so I concluded that not many people know how to drive a stick. What transmission do you have, do you like it? Why?
I like the manual since it is easir to fix compared to the automatic. It accelerates faster and saves a little more gasoline.

Automatic all the way, driving is tiring already. Why add more burden?

I only know how to drive auto. Most of my initial learner driving was done on an auto-transmission car. I would like to learn to drive manual though.

I first learned an automatic, but when I finally learned to drive stick I thought it was fun and liked it better than auto. However once I graduated and started the day-to-day commute of a real job, I started hating driving stick because of the super-heavy traffic everywhere. My next car after that was an automatic. It's certainly lowered my commuting stress levels a bit.

I can drive whatever (Stick, auto..) and it doesn't really matter what kind of car I have as long as it takes me from point A to Point B.

For socal driving, I prefer an auto, since there is a lot of stop and go traffic.

I love having control over the engine with a manual for performance driving. You can squeeze way more power out of the engine, as well as engine brake on hills.
