| Fire-breather | Bursting with excitement! I've been job hunting since July and FINALLY got an offer today! It's for an "Internet Content Administrator" position at ING's Advisor's Network division. Strangely enough they were the first interview I went on this year, but they had to temporarily suspend the opening while they reorganized their department. Luckily the position was still available after the reorganization, so I got in... five months later! I'm so excited!! Can you tell?? I just had to share the joy. ![]()

| Fire-breather | Sounds pretty good, doesn't it? There's been an interesting development. Before I got the call with the offer, I was at an interview with another financial investment company this morning called Capital Group (capgroup.com). The benefits are comparable to those of ING and their emphasis on treating employees right seems to be equally important. I was told that out of the 6 they interviewed today they only liked me. How about that? Five months of job drought and now I have an offer and am close to getting a second one! About time, I was starting to feel like a reject.

![]() | That is great news! ING is a good company. Capital Group is nice and offers good opportunity (I might be biased since I work there as well, together with several other CPP students / graduates). Both are nice investment / financial firms. |

| Fire-breather | Thanks for the PM Puff. I'm wondering about something else... the recruiter I'm working with to get this job keeps trying to sell me with the fact that they give "bonuses" every year, which is some percentage of your salary. Anyone know how that works? I've never been at a place that had such nice corporate things like bonuses, so I don't know.
