Boxing

I know there was a boxing thread like a year back, but I figure it'd be better to start a new one. I'm pretty into boxing and I'm hoping to start a club after I start at Cal Poly Pomona this Fall. I saw a thread that was started over a year back in this part of the forum in which some other students were talking about an interest in boxing. Since I'd just be starting this club out it woulnd't be anything too grand at first, but I think I'm pretty good at all this organizational stuff, so I think I could make some good progress with it in the few years I plan on spending at Poly.
I have taken a small number of private boxing lessons and have sparred around with some friends maybe about a dozen times. I have some equipment and quite a lot of passion about boxing. I think it's the greatest sport ever, really.
So I guess the real point of this post is to find out if there is anyone out there that would be interested in joining a boxing club. The focus would be pretty general. I could give free lessons, we'd have "fight-club"-esque exhibitions on random lawns every now and again, we'd work to get some more equipment, maybe even ask the school to start classes or a team. Really the possibilities depend on what the members end up wanting. All I need is people that have some interest in boxing in some way or another. I'm the sort that's up for anything and that will work to make things happen. So yhea, if you think you or someone you know would be interested, please post up and let me know. Thanks!

Whats up dude, I was the one that started that thread. I would be interested to join that club, but I really doubt I would be active. I posted that thread back when I was a freshman, I had free time and I was in shape. Now I am really out of shape and barely have time to spend time training as I did back in the day.
Anyways good luck starting this club. Let me know how it goes.
