I don't believe Cal Poly Fullerton even exists. (Do you you mean Cal State Fullerton? There is a difference.)

Any UC? I don't think so. UCR is down in the storm drain.

yes,
by default, any uc school is better than cal state (I do not agree with it, but that is the way it is)

They aren't even ranked in the same area. USNews puts all(except SDSU) CSU's in the Regional ranking, where all UC's are in the National ranking. When ranking undergrad engineering, however, both CPSLO and CPP have better peer assesment scores than most UC's. In fact, CPSLO has a better score than all UC's except Cal.

UC- Cal is in what city?

Its like comparing comparing college sports. By default, Division I is better tan Division II.

CS gets no where near the funding UC does (even the worst UC gets more money than us.)

Doesn't anyone argree with what I say?

"Cal" is a nickname for UC Berkeley, since it was the first UC. Just because one school has more funding than another, doesn't mean that the other can't have better students or better teachers. CPSLO has better students, on average, than at least 3 of the UC's (UCR, Santa Cruz, and Merced), based on admissions statistics. You can make the sports analogy work when looking at "tiers", but not when looking at Regional vs. National.

Dude, higher funding doesn't mean better program. Pomona's Engineering and Architecture kills pretty much all the UC out there. Overall Pomona is just a bit behind UCI but much better than UCR
