Its like comparing comparing college sports. By default, Division I is better tan Division II. CS gets no where near the funding UC does (even the worst UC gets more money than us.) Doesn't anyone argree with what I say? | |

![]() | "Cal" is a nickname for UC Berkeley, since it was the first UC. Just because one school has more funding than another, doesn't mean that the other can't have better students or better teachers. CPSLO has better students, on average, than at least 3 of the UC's (UCR, Santa Cruz, and Merced), based on admissions statistics. You can make the sports analogy work when looking at "tiers", but not when looking at Regional vs. National. |
