Apartments off-campus

I noticed a banner on the site (Apartments off-campus), shows apartment near colleges that are for rent to university students.

And their apartments are very cheap. Like $300-395 per month for a huge house. The apartments and universities are located on the east coast...and I thought east coast living cost were more expensive than the west coast.

That's not all~ HEAT, WATER, AND ELECTRIC ARE INCLUDED!! wow

Vandalism includes water damage to the new carpet, walls, and interior. Of course, this affects us, the students. What were they thinking?

I haven't read the story or anything. Can someone briefly tell me what happened? Who did it and did they get caught?

I saw it on one of the banners on top of the pages. It is like random but it reads something like Apartments of Campus.

But I don't think the $395 price is for one person for the entire apartment.
More like putting roomates together in one apartment.
Not a bad price though.

Found it.
Their apartment and house look very east coast.

Of course. They probably put a minimum of 4 people (for two bedrooms).
Those apartments are located in Columbine, Ohio so more like middle part of the U.S.
