Netscape and the forums

I was using Netscape browser when I saw that the Message box below the Title box is not available to type in. Not available meaning, the box is still there but no space inside the box to type in.
This is when I tried to post something on someone's thread. I also tried creating a new thread on forum feedback and the Message box was closed.

So I am on internet explorer and creating this thread.
