Have you taken CIS 310?

Can anyone provide some information about the CIS 310 course? Thanks in advance.

I just took it over the summer with Fred Gallegos. As long as you have an above average undertanding of computers, networks, Office, and the internet, you will do just fine. Might need to brush up on Access if you are a bit rusty, but even that is not too bad. Any more questions let me know. Also if u need the book, I will sell it for $60 with CD and the IR keypad.

Computers parts or how computer operates?
Networks as in Comptia Network+ Certification?
Office as in Microsoft Office System 2003 Edition?
If I do get in the class, I'll contact you for the textbook.

Basic computer parts and how they operate. Just very basic components, workings, and types of computer networks (No certification!), and as far as Office, nothing too complicated, it is just used for your projects which require just above basic knowledge. Trust me, you have nothing to worry about! The trickiest thing was making a database report using Access and having it contain all the parameters required. You were not shown or taught how to do this....kind of had to figure it out your self. I thought the class was an easy A!
