![]() | The Movie Class Has Seats Open I just checked and that movie class is IBM 499 on Tue/Thurs at 8 am...not my fave time but what the heck you can snooze thru the bad flicks and java up for the good ones. And there are still some open seats...was told winter is the only quarter it is offered this year. Also learned the wine class is offered every quarter but is closed for winter. Quote:

![]() | TH 208 was FABULOUS! TH 125 is fun too, if you like moving around and being active. AG 101 was interesting, only if Fernandez teaches it. HST 371 (History of So. Cal) was pretty cool. We watched movies that took place in LA. Can't beat that! |

Is a textbook required? Does the class teach you everything to the point where you know what wine to order on your next dinner? Thanks in advance. | |

![]() | For those interested in taking the Beer & Wine class offered by the Collins School of Hospitality, there is a $125 fee which is automatically applied towards your registered quarter in addition to the full-time fee. The fee is to cover the food. And you must be over the age of 21 to register. There are two level class for the Social Dance. Beginners and advanced. You don't want to take the Advanced level class if you are a beginner. ![]() The Social Dance class covers country & western (two steps, 10 steps, line and square dance) tango, salsa, foxtrot, cha cha, and waltz. We didn't go in much details or learned much techniques in waltz, foxtrot, and ballroom dances. Depends on the instructor.
