Access 2003 - Adjusting Layout and Numbers

In Microsoft Office Access, how do you

1) reduce the margins?
edit: Found it. Page Setup ->Margins

2) and make numbers 0.90 appear as 0.90 rather than 0.9 and 1.00 as 1.00 rather than 1?

Thanks in advance.

Got it.
Right click --> Format Cells -->Category/Numbers, and select 2 decimal places.
