I've got a better offer for a room. I rent a room, five mintes away from CP, costing at about $300 or maybe less, depending on the circumstances, all utilities paid off, in a middle-income to upper-income area so there's not a lot of crimes going on in the area. Two-story, three-bedroom apartment with a patio, a balcony, two bathrooms, one kitchen, one living room, swimming pool, gated parking, and good neighbors.

Though this offer may sound tasty for some people, it's not so easy getting into these apartments. You have to have a reference from someone who lives in these apartments because the landlady is really picky.

But maybe your offer isn't as bad.
