NE1 from CPP looking for place to live?

I have a very nice apartment about 3 mins from cal poly pomona. I am in need of 1 more roommate, needed by June 30. There really isnt a better place to live if youre going to CPP. If you are interested call 909 289 5529 for more details.

Monthly rate and brief description on the location would be helpful.
And informations like how many rooms, how many roommates, smoking/non-smoking and etc.

Rent is 438 a month plus around $50 in utilities each.
Non-smoking only please, either gender is ok.
Looking for 1 more roommate. Currently have 2. So 3 total.

Apartment is two bedroom and two bathrooms, with a very large master bedroom. The apartment and the location area are both very excellent.
