Help needed to find a studio around cal poly pomona

i am looking for a studio around cal poly within 10 miles , do you guys know where i can find a studio for that price and it has to be in a good neighborhood
Please let me know I really need to find an apartments off campus

yes, i have a studio apartment within five minutes of campus in the nicest part of walnut. it rents for $1275, about 400 square feet, includes walk in closet, full bath, vaulted ceilings, central air and heat, intercom, built ins, small fridge, sink, microwave.

also have rooms in walnut for the school year that rent from $600-900.
safest neighborhood, no gangs like pomona rentals.

two female students already signed on who are arch major and info systems major. neither smoke and don't have pets.
