, tolerrent, prefer quietness and individual privacy. The housemates or apartment-mates should respect my private things, and I ll do the same. The room should be near school, in a safe neighborhood.

Sorry to inform you, but there's no "safe neighborhood" near school. Your best plan is to find something in Walnut or Diamond Bar, not Pomona itself.
