 | ACC 439 Taxation of E-Business (E-Mail) ACC 439 (Taxation of E-Business) will be taught as an On-Line Course during Winter Quarter, 2004. The prerequisites for the course basically are ACC 208 and one upper division EBZ course. ACC 439 is required for the Accounting and Transaction Processing Career Track. For the other tracks, it is an elective. This is an introductory course for all business majors on how to use tax concepts to make better decisions. The course focuses on strategic tax planning for e-Enterprises as they are formed, operated, acquired, and liquidated.
