CalPolyOnline.com is scheduled to be closed for a major upgrade on its forum software. The estimated downtime is between two to 24 hours, and will take during the last few days of April 2008.

In terms of the website layout, not much will change. The frontpage will go through a minor change to better accommodate new visitors to CalPolyOnline.com. Registered members will be already familiar with the layout and the navigation will be slightly improved too. The updated forum software features a robust set of new tools for registered members and a complete set of information will be posted in this thread after the upgrade completion.

The forum software was successfully upgraded this evening. The Directory, Gallery, and the Wikipedia pages will also go through the necessary upgrades in a couple of days.

There will be minor changes to the design and layout but the forum will not be closed. A complete list of new features and changes will be listed in this thread when it is all complete. In the meantime, check out your new profile page and get your profile updated.
