You're assuming that everyone wants to have crazy parties every weekend. I for one hate them and was very glad that CPP was as "dead" as it was. Actually I wouldn't call it dead at all. The students are there to learn, not party. I would call that "serious". I got annoyed if the guy down the hall was blasting his music too loud, how could I live on a campus full of party animals? This is why I avoided "party schools" like the plague.
