| A: Not in the long-term. If you look on the ingredients list and see "partially hydrogenated soybean (or any kind of veggie) oil" then it's a package of slow-working poison. Your body doesn't know what to do with this stuff. While your young it won't make a difference, but you're body will be stockpiling this stuff over time.
Q: Before I found out how awful trans fats were, I used to break up the ramen in the bag, open the bag, pour about half the soup base into it, shake it up really well, and eat it like a bag of chips. Anyone else ever do this? |
