james, i am leaning toward no as well but how do you let just one group pay no taxes? are these tribes benefitting from county, state and federal services from schools to welfare to public safety to dozens of other examples? yet they refuse to pay their fair share? this makes no sense. yes, the white man was not nice to the red man or the black man centuries ago. but we are talking fairness now. do you james pay double in taxes to make up for tribes who pay nothing for things like our state universities? even five tribes in california have voluntarily agreed to sign a pact with the guv to contribute the standard 25 per cent.
