In my experience large entertainment centers, such as malls and theme parks, seem to handle their traffic fairly well. I'm guessing because a lot of urban planning went into it before the center was built. If the existing race tracks and card rooms grow suddenly without much planning, then yes, traffic will be worse than the usual entertainment center. But if they plan it well, then perhaps they can avoid this problem.
