Chack the lender to see if there were any delays. I found out mine wasa delayed by the lender because of a clerical mistake.

Perkins loans apparently come a little later than the Stafford loans and are dependent on funding. I heard the financial aid people saying that the Perkins loan, even though some qualify for it, they may not get it if there aren't enough funds.
