| Find an KIN instructor (or non KIN instructor) that is willing to start a Tae Kwon Do club. I don't think it would cost much or any money to start a campus club.
Actually, you might not require a Cal Poly instructor in order to start an organization. Should check out the OSL Office of Student Life office for more info on starting a campus charter.
