i don't know what you are going to get out of hanging around high school for another year. what will you learn that you don't already neeed? maybe if you live in vegas go to your local school for a year as you say, that's okay as a transition away from home. but nevada schools are pretty weak academically. cal poly slo is a bit higher ranked than pomona but both have incredibly strong engineering programs. i go to pomona and the real reason is that here you get all those internships while you are still in school. what do you have near slo...nice views and not much more. |
