| So Dr. Berman, what brings you to these forums? For what I know, these people know a lot about computers. Would you imagine the world of students out there that don't even know how to go on the Internet? Would you imagine their frustrations at getting through a click on BRONCODIRECT?
And wasn't the testing phase supposed to take care of these problems? Why did we invest millions of dollars into this system when it's not going to serve students?
I'd like to see how much money is going into repair costs, maintenance costs, liability costs and operational costs? And how will you explain that figure to the students, and taxpayers, that are paying for it?
