Bush and John Kerry. The hugely popular spoof, in which the candidates trade insults like "liberal sissy" and "right-wing nut job," "puts a completely different spin on the song," said a lawyer for Ludlow Music. Jibjab.com has asked a California court to affirm that the parody is protected under the First Amendment."
