Why do you assume how I would answer your questions? I wouldn't mind associating with hypocrites. As I have already stated hypocrisy is neither good nor bad. And your questions are beside the point. The goodness or badness of anything is not defined by whether or not you would befriend it.

I don't understand why you have no decent reason for considering hypocrisy bad, yet you continue to consider it bad. It is similar to someone considering the color orange bad simply because he doesn't like it. If you don't like something, then fine, but there is no reason to hold a university to an arbitrary standard because of it. There are no ethical concerns that you have brought up in regards to hypocrisy. It is no better than making a big deal out of the color the university decided to paint its buildings. It is irrelevant.
