Hey gooniegoogoo I might take that offer up on Guility Gear. I've got GGXX for my ps2 so... i tried playing last night and it kicked my ass big time.

As for paying $20. There is another option. Supposedly on the Boards (i've been reading around on Evo2k.com boards) the admin has been saying that you can go and watch the EVO tournament and not pay the admission fee (ie My girlfriend is comming to watch me play and she has to pay? blah blah blah... i just want to watch the tournament... i'm not compeating blah blah blah...). However - you won't be able to go into the "Bring your own console" room (BYOC Room). Where i think most people will be hanging out in that room while they are waiting between games.
Though - Namco is sending a representative and they're planning to have a playable demo version of
Tekken 5. So... it might be worth it.... i'm not too sure exactly but that's what i heard. i can't wait - i'm so excited.
