Of course not. This is a representative democracy, not a direct democracy. If people would pay attention in their government/history classes these days, we wouldn't have so many ignorant people ranting nonsense without any proof for an argument.
The way it works in our "representative democracy" is we elect people to vote for the president. These people sit in the electoral college and they are the ones that pick the president. A president can win the election even if he doesn't get the popular vote. What matters is the electoral college vote. Maybe in the futue when our technology advances we might have a direct democracy in which we can all vote online.
