| I have to disagree on one point. Professors have the option of teaching as if everything they say is fact or if it is just one view or opinion on the matter. My personal example is my Philisophy class. In the summer of 2002 I took PHL 201 Iroduction to Philosophy with Proffessor Dixon. Unlike what I hear about most philisophy classes, Prof. Dixon remained neutral throughout the class on his opinion on matters like "Does God Exist?" and "Free will vs. Determinism". It is not that he did not have an opinion, but he simply presented both sides of every argument like a good philospher should. This way the student can decide based on what they hear.
