College of Science Survey (Email)

Dear Cal Poly Pomona Students;

I'm writing on behalf of the College of Science here at Cal Poly Pomona. We
are interested in learning more about the students who take our courses so
that we can be sure we serve your needs in the classroom.

I invite you to provide input by filling out a short, web-based survey.
This will give us valuable information about you that will help us in
scheduling classes and providing faculty with a sense of the various
demands on your time. We also have some questions about things that you
feel help you be successful in class.
This survey is offered each quarter that we may continually evaluate your
needs. Please forgive duplicate postings.
This reminder is for you who have not yet had a chance to give us your
input this quarter.
The survey is located at the following link: http://134.71.25.47/. If you
could take about 15 minutes to answer the survey, your input will help us
ensure that students in math and science classes here have a good
opportunity to learn. The survey is anonymous - there is no way we can
identify who you are from the web form. The survey will accept data through
June 4. We will post aggregate summaries of the results we obtain.
