| I'm not much of a logo designer myself, but I think part of their existing logo design is a nice start. It definitely needs a lot of cleaning up. I'd remove the spots and shadow from around the hand and make the little people a little more distingishable. The shadows of the people make it stand out better. I would play around with making NATHA a different color.
