| According to my conversations with staff of Career Center, online Resume building / submission / job search sites such as Monster only contribute to about 10% of all successful admission of applicants (10% of all job applicants found their job and subseqently admitted via web-base methods).
Many companies now have their internal application and resume submission service, such as Boeing, JPL, Disney, GE, and CitiGroups. I find myself using Monster less and less, as many employers there are very non-responsive compare to results from career fair and on-site applications. |
